An aerial poetic show inspired by traditional and contemporary Chinese general culture, dealing with the themes of the seasons and time flowing.

Offering to the audience a contemporary expression of this thought could sum up this show created in 2008 in the monumental and prestigious site of the O2 arena in London (formerly Millenium Dome). It enabled the company Les Passagers to transpose diverse cultural aspects of China into its own vertical world : dragon, lanterns or kites.

For the choreographic parts, a training with Sinman YUE enabled the Company to adapt the fan dance and the Lion dance. A Kung Fu scene done by 14 synchronized dancers was made possible thanks to training in Chinese martial arts by M. Raphaël VAN. Finally, in the pictorial field, work carried out with the painter HUANG YANG led to the creation of a giant fresco evoking the mutation of a landscape through-out the seasons and also to the creation of original “body painting” make-up.
These traditional elements, combined with videos by the 8GG group such as the music composed by CHI2, make up a show which presents an astounding vision of China.
